Lava has launched the Shark 2 Pro 5G in India, expanding its smartphone lineup with a focus on battery life, display and everyday performance. The phone features a 6.75-inch 120Hz HD+ LCD display, Unisoc T8200 processor, 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It also gets a 50MP rear camera, 8MP selfie camera and a 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging. The smartphone runs Android 16, supports 5G connectivity and comes in Akash Blue and Nanda Silver colour options.
The Lava Shark 2 Pro 5G was launched in India on September 29, 2026. Unlike phones that arrive in multiple memory configurations, Lava is offering the new smartphone in only one variant at launch.
The phone is also the third model in the Shark 2 family, following the Lava Shark 2 4G and Lava Shark 2 5G.
The smartphone features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel offers a resolution of 720x1,600 pixels and up to 550 nits HBM brightness.
