UltraProlink has come up with the Snap-Z Grip which is a magnetic DSLR-style smartphone accessory. It features an ergonomic handle, detachable Bluetooth remote and integrated camera controls that improve mobile video and photo stability with each shot.
Mobile accessory brand UltraProlink has expanded its smartphone accessories with the announcement of the Snap-Z Grip. It is designed to bridge the gap between smartphones and traditional dedicated cameras as the Snap-Z Grip gives mobile devices the physical ergonomics and tactile control layout of a DSLR camera handle.
As many of the smartphones continue to advance in sensor quality and video processing, still their flat designs make it difficult to hold during extended shooting sessions. The Snap-Z Grip here offers handheld stability by including a contoured DSLR-style handle and a dedicated thumb rest and finger hook.
This shape minimizes hand fatigue and reduces accidental screen touches while capturing moving shots, overhead angles, or continuous video. The mount also allows creators to switch between vertical and horizontal bangles without detaching the accessory.
This Snap-Z Grip’s design is a high-strength magnetic mounting plate that gets attached directly to MagSafe-compatible iPhones and magnetic phone cases. For non-magnetic smartphones such as various Android models, it includes an adhesive metal ring adapter to ensure broad device compatibility.
Apart from that, the back of the grip features a secondary magnetic interface that is needed to support modular accessories such as compact magnetic LED fill lights.
